leadtributor, partner sales automation

Product

What leadtributor does

A software platform that automates the full lead-to-close process between manufacturer and channel partners, across every channel type, from installers to independent sales agents.

How leadtributor works

From inbound lead to close: automated routing, closed feedback loop, autonomous follow-up. You see every step.

  1. Inbound lead

Web form, campaign, trade show, or phone. Every source lands in one structured format.

  2. Rule-based routing

Postal code, product line, specialization, language, partner tags. Your rules decide who gets the lead.

  3. Partner works the lead

Installers, contractors, or resellers accept the lead in the partner portal, qualify it, and move it through the sale.

  4. Feedback & auto follow-up

Sales progress, closings, and lead quality flow back automatically. If a lead stalls, leadtributor follows up on your behalf.

Back to you

Two views, one system

The vendor back office and the channel partner work on the same lead data, but each role sees exactly what they need to act on.

Vendor view, lead inbox

All incoming leads at a glance, status per lead visible

leadtributor.cloud back-office Lead Inbox view with a lead list: created date, last name, first name, distribution status, inquiry interest, phone number. One lead is in 'Distribution running', two are 'New'.

Marketing or channel operations see every incoming lead, the distribution status, the inquiry interest, and the contact, at a glance, without digging through email threads.

Partner view, mobile

One concrete lead, one tap to act

Mobile partner-portal view in leadtributor showing a lead in the Offer stage, a 2-weeks-overdue warning, contact details with tap-to-call phone number, and Won/Lost action buttons.

Lead detail in the partner portal (PWA): current stage as a slider, overdue warning when a lead sits too long, contact number as tap-to-call, Won/Lost in a single tap.

Geographic view

Where demand comes from, where partners sit

A map view overlays two layers: the heatmap of inbound leads shows where demand is being generated, the partner clusters show where your channel partners sit. Together they make visible where the network is thin in a region and new partners should be recruited.

  • Lead heatmap, where demand is generated, weighted regionally.
  • Partner clusters, where channel partners sit, grouped into geographic clusters.
  • Partner pin, an individual channel partner as a red pin on the map.

Capabilities in detail

All building blocks are built to adapt to the reality of your channel, not the other way around.

What leadtributor is, and what it is not.

leadtributor does not fit every SaaS bucket. Here are the boundaries that help you decide whether we are the right choice for your setup.

  • PRM, starting with the operational layer

    Partner Relationship Management, operationally first

leadtributor today primarily addresses the operational lead-to-close path: routing, escalation, automated follow-up, reporting. Classical PRM capabilities like onboarding, certification, training, and MDF management we build out step by step, leadtributor.cloud is evolving towards comprehensive Partner Relationship Management.

  • Unlike CRM

Not a Customer Relationship Management system

CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) track your own direct-sales pipeline. leadtributor distributes end-customer inquiries to external partners and makes visible what they do with them, without integrating into their CRMs. Your vendor CRM stays in the stack, connected through public API and webhooks.

  • Unlike lead marketplaces

    Not a lead marketplace

Platforms like Aroundhome, MyHammer, or Thermondo broker end-customer leads from their own pool to tradespeople and take a commission. leadtributor distributes your own leads to your own partner network, your brand, your customer relationship, your pricing authority, no third-party commission.

Quick orientation: what fits when?

  • If you need to track your own direct-sales pipeline → CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive.
  • If you want leads without owning a partner network → lead marketplaces like Aroundhome, MyHammer, Thermondo.
  • If you need a deeply specialised Solar/PV vertical configurator integration as the core mechanic (system sizing, energy calculations) → vertical tools like Sollit, Leadaro, OpusFlow. For distributing leads to your Solar/PV/heat-pump installer network itself → leadtributor.
  • If you want to distribute your own leads to your own partner network in a structured way, across industries, with full visibility through close → leadtributor.

Integrated into your existing sales stack

leadtributor does not replace your CRM, it complements it. Lead data, activities, and close information flow bidirectionally between leadtributor and your existing systems through public API, webhooks, and native connectors.

Where leadtributor fits, and where it doesn't.

Markers of a good fit, and the cases where we're not the right choice.

Fits, if you…

  • Generate end-customer inquiries yourself (website, performance campaigns, trade shows) and hand them off to external partners.
  • Run your own partner network, typical scale 50 to several thousand partners per setup.
  • Work with sales cycles from days to 12 months, all lengths supported, with automated follow-up for longer pipelines.
  • Are mid-market to enterprise, in production at manufacturers of every size, from microtech to Kverneland.
  • Operate across European markets, the partner portal ships in 11 languages, so each partner works in their own.
  • Want to extend your existing CRM, not replace it.

Doesn't fit, if you…

  • Sell exclusively direct, without external partners. → Your CRM is enough.
  • Want leads without owning a partner network. → Lead marketplaces like Aroundhome or MyHammer.
  • Need deeply specialised Solar/PV configurator integration (system sizing, energy calculations) as the core mechanic. → Vertical tools like Sollit, Leadaro, or OpusFlow. For pure lead distribution to your installer network you're in the right place with us.
  • Need formal deal registration with a vendor-approval workflow today. → Not yet included; a roadmap point on our PRM expansion. Channel-conflict prevention today runs through deterministic routing rules.
